We asked the front desk, they sent the engineer work on the AC situation for us. We were able to get comfortable. We also asked for extra pillows for the sleeper sofa, which were provided promptly. Breakfast was a bonus especially for the area, they had good variety. Coffee, tea and hot cocoa were available always by the front desk, which was appreciated. "
