"Easy check in. Valet was convenient but expensive. I did know that ahead of time so it was not unexpected. Room was nice. Smelled like brand new carpet. Only dining issues were that breakfast can not be delivered, it is pick up only. In room dining was not open late enough for us. We wanted food at 11:30 pm and it was no longer open. Still a very nice hotel, great location, walking distance to museums, dining and Capital One arena. Found great coffee shop and dinner restaurant close by"

"My shower barely had flowing water and it was lukewarm. Nobody cleaned my room and when I went to call the main desk to asked for somebody to clean my room, I discovered the phone also did not work. I attended a conference in the hotel, the conference room temperature was either freezing cold or sweltering warm, I was never comfortable. I tried to check out at 1015 and there was nobody at the front desk for another 10 minutes. A very poorly run hotel, especially in light of the very expensive rooms."

"Nice clean room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Staff was helpful. Breakfast is not complimentary but above average. Overall a pleasant stay."
