"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star Service That Makes Up for the Construction! When I booked HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa, I had no idea the hotel was situated between two buildings undergoing construction. Naturally, the noise was a concern, but what truly impressed me was how the hotel handled a situation beyond their control. From the moment we arrived, the staff sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and welcomed us with refreshing drinks, along with complimentary drinks at the lobby bar. What stood out was...

"처음방에 금연방임에도 불구하고 흡연을해 방에서 냄새가 안빠져 방을 바꿔준 매니져님 고마운데 미안하시다고 과일에 초콜릿까지..호텔측의 잘못이 아님에도 불구하고 릴리 매니져님 감사합니다.머물던 자리에서 서로가 에티켓을 지키면 좋았을것을 하는 아쉬움이 있었네요."

"good hotel"

"整體嚟講都ok，早餐有待改善，最不足就是電話轉插都冇得提供，希望酒店注意這些事項。"

"Staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was exceptional and me and my wife had the best massage ever,"

"Staff was very helpful, very clean room with a nice view, very good breakfast with many choices( fruits were very good), the laundry area was clean and convenient, best thing is 24 hours, we were able to check in as soon as we got there."

"Clean rooms in a central location"

"The location is great, 1 minute walk to the beach and close to tons of places to eat, bars, mom and pop places. Close to many salons and convince stores. The hotel has a nice pool and rooftop bar. You can see the dragon bridge displays on Friday and Saturday nights if you don’t feel like going to the bridge. The staff is really nice and will go out of their way to help you out with anything. The free breakfast was a nice way to start the day. This is my go to hotel, I’ve stayed 7/8 times."

"Easy location to the beach. Many places to eat with in walking distance. Spa service overpriced and did not have an overall great experience. Roof top pool and bar was very nice."

"Room is clean and staff were very nice and helpful. Close to the beach. Will stay here again."

"Quietly Clean Great location Overall all good place to relax and enjoying when you stay"

"It’s worth every penny when you stayed here"

"All good but unfortunately during my time they were doing some renovations so every day at 8am they were drilling and sound like they drill on my wall. Completely annoying. The views however from my room were outstanding that’s why I haven’t requested room change. Location is great and the staff is the best."

"We had an amazing stay at TMS Da Nang! The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, and the stunning beach views made our stay even more special. Having the beach just across the road was incredibly convenient. The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The one area that needs improvement is the gym. Some machines weren’t working, and most of the equipment had rust on it, so it didn’t feel well maintained. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The wonderful breakfast, beachside...
