This is the perfect place to rest your tired travel bones if you are doing Old Route 66 thru Missouri. We felt we got a true experience of Route 66 from back in the day. Motel was clean and comfortable. Not a lot of fancy stuff but wonderful for the experience travel of the past. Owners were pleasant. They gave us keys to 2 rooms to check which one we preferred. We ended up extending our stay for a night, so we stayed 3 nights total. Super friendly employees, the pool was always clean and was open good hours (7am-10pm*for kids and 12am for adults) the bed was pretty firm but not bad, microwavable sausage egg and cheese biscuits, biscuits and gravy, or pancakes were yhe hot breakfast options, there was also muffins. The trains were loud and go by quite a bit, but they offer earplugs if it keeps you up or you want some. Overall loved my stay. Would...
