"A good central location in Seoul, if a little hard to find at first. A very comfortable bed, a bathroom with excellent hot water and a bath, and the free on-site washing machines and dryers were especially welcome. Staff were always polite, courteous and helpful and booked a DMZ tour for us. Excellent value for money."

"As a first time traveller and travelling alone the staff at check in were super polite and helpful and explained everything clearly. They were also helpful throughout the stay if I had any questions e.g where the paid luggage storage was which was also super handy and really easy to use. Staff throughout the hotel particularly those who cleaned the rooms were very kind and the room was cleaned really well with two bottles of water provided daily. The GS25 also being at the hotel was really handy. Will 100% stay here again next time I visit Korea as also in an ideal location"
