"Jacuzzi was filthy,no chemicals used just bubble bath added and a sieve to clean the dead fly's.room had noise from pumps running outside so room change next day to twin .room ok but shared kitchen was filthy with dirty pots everywhere and old packets of food allin fridge "

"Got denied access to normal dinner food or the party in new years despite being told earlier it was included in the room rate by head of kitchen without paying $500. Later learnt that this was just not formal request from the hotel and only requested by head of kitchen. Total mess."

The staff were very friendly and professional, which made me feel comfortable and at home. I was so happy with my stay that I decided to extend it. I highly recommend this hotel it truly deserves it!
