"Big, clean and modern rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is amazing and walking distance to Gion, restaurants and Nishiki area. We loved the coffee machine in the lobby too especially since we always started our day early when everything else was still closed."

One of the servers in the bar took our order then preceded to take other orders, and left us for a good 5 minutes sitting at the bar with nothing....so we left. Laundry facilities were good and inexpensive. The room were very very small and we were not able to unback our bags nor even place them where there they weren't in the way. Big negative. The position of the hotel was very good; close to Gion and good restaurants and other shopping. Probably the best aspect of our stay. "
