"Just about everything about our stay at this property was great. The one thing that was somewhere lacking was the lack of hooks to hang up clothing and bath linens. We didn't everyone any issues with safety, privacy, noise, etc. Of course, the price and value were excellent. We'd definitely stay at this property again "

"My family loved our stay at MERBABU. We kept comparing it to all other hotel stays during the trip. When you first get there, you simply check in at a kiosk. We loved the projector and the light functions. The stove and washing machine were a plus! You can control things with the Alexa they have there. It was so close to the subway/train systems. Walking distance to restaurants and konbinis too! They offer great amenities everyday. Def staying there again for our next trip. "

"Two things I'd like to add for people that would want to arrive before check-in time... they don't allow check-in time before exactly 15h00. I got there around 14h00 and they would'nt allow me to check-in. We had to wait outside because there were only two small couch and other people were also waiting to check-in. Second thing, there is not enough hook around the room so we can't hang enough cloths or towels and stuff. Overall it was a good place and near the metro station."

"The pictures on the web was deceiving to make it look bigger than it was. The space was cramped. The little round table was the size of a stool. There is no place else to put anything but on the kitchen stove - which is a propane stove and right next to the bed. A full size fridge was also next to the bed but the door opens the wrong way such that it is not possible to get directly from the fridge. You’ll have to reach over the door to get something from the fridge. Good luck trying to it...

"The apartment was really nice and had everything we needed. Super close to the train lines easy to hop on and off and get everywhere. Super close to dotinbori and the shinbashi shopping area. The only real problem we had was finding the hotel initially the google maps pin dropped us about 4 blocks in the wrong direction. "

"We were able to do laundry in the room but it was rainy day so we took the clothes to the laundry around the corner to get them dry. The hotel is conveniently close to transportation. The staff at a sister hotel received our luggage from Tokyo and helped us forward one suitcase to the Haneda Airport. Check in and out was easy and the room was clean and spacious for a family of four."

"I really appreciated Minn Juso’s prompt communication as we had to be flexible with our check in day. The chat feature worked great and I usually got an answer within an hour. A little odd to hardly see anyone at the front but the access was easy and we loved the 7-11 right near the bottom, where daily we got coffee, breakfast items and cash.
