"The room was clean but run-down. Our door would't lock on the way out and we had to learn to mess with it before it would finally locked (we were there 4 days). The staff helped once and that was it. Breakfast was meagre. The hotel smelled of bug spray. No soap in the room. Containers in the shower were nearly empty. Not that mattered much, but the curtain was ripped. The staff was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. Parking was cramped but always available. One issue I had was that I was called back home and I needed one night refunded. Apparently upon booking (and I paid for the entire trip early) I had click on the no-changes-to-booking option. At the desk I was told there is no penalty if one checks out early, but hell with you if you have booked and paid ahead of time. The manager would't budge. This is not my first rodeo and I am always understanding of circumstances, and I do not complain. But this time around, there were just way too many things that did not add up the cost of that room, and at the end, I think the refund for that last night was more than deserved."

"The room could have been a bit cleaner. There was one stray hair (that was not mine) on the bathroom floor and apparently, dried chocolate syrup on the table. It was a bit noisy, though I was 2 rooms away from the ice machine. It was a nice stay overall. Though, I've had much better stays at other Westin properties."

"Cleaning the room each day isn’t a true cleaning but more so a tidy up. Wash cloths were not replaced and the toilet seat was left up as if a man finished using however left up with caked up urine stains on bottom of seat. Disappointed with the lack of attention to cleanliness. Important documents were also removed from the room I.e valet ticket. Leaving me no way to call for the car prior to making my way to lobby. in room phone is inoperable as well. had to place in room dining orders through my cellphone"
