"The property needs some TLC and they are in the middle of making some of those improvements right now. As of our stay in June/July 2026 they had a lobby renovation in progress. Our room was ok. It was a budget hotel stay and we had our expectations set for that budget mindset. Our room never really was cleaned. Sure out bed was made and towels refreshed but we had stuff that was on the floor day 1 and stayed there until we left. The rook needed some TLC too, but it was fine. Some things online are inaccurate and the hotel has been trying to remove them from all sources. I'll put some of them here. First there is not a pool. Not at all. It is not seasonal and has been discontinued all together. Second there is not a shuttle to the metro station. It is not walkable really to the station. The sidewalks come and go. Definitely don't try the walk with luggage. The breakfast was fine. Unfortunately another guess broke the waffle batter dispenser in the middle of our stay and it was not able to be fixed but the rest of it was fine. In summary, budget hotel, basic amenities, okay breakfast, room could be cleaner and it better condition but it was not bad for the price we paid. I wouldn't stay there again but only because next time (if I ever went back the DMV area) I would stay somewhere closer to the sights in the area."
