"Great location, just a short walk into town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and had a lovely ensuite. Only downside was a loose toilet seat and extremely small pillows. Nevertheless we would use this hotel again. "

"we only stayed one night but really enjoyed our stay checkin was easy and relaxed, all the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. we had a meal in the bar area at night and breakfast in the morning both really good. our room looked to have just been refurbished and had all we needed if we are in the the area we would stay again. thanks. "Lovely relaxing holiday down on the farm. Amanda & Nigel were really welcoming and friendly. There were coffee/tea biscuits and milk on arrival which were much appreciated. Lovely walks straight from the door over the field and Moor to Pooley Bridge with its pretty and cosy tearooms & shops. Accommodation was warm and cosy with comfy beds. We did have a power cut, but if you're in the countryside it is quite usual during bad weather. There was a dog bath/shower with lots of warm water, also a kennel to leave dog for a few hours to visit local restaurants, if necessary."

"This cottage was cute and cozy. Host was very nice, welcomed me and took care of all my needs while I was staying including locating a recycle bin close by. WiFi was great so I could do some work whilst there. Warm and compact accommodation. Everything is new and working. I was not there in the warm weather but I think if you get a nice day the patio would be delightful to sit out and enjoy the view and there has to be some lovely walks near by as well. Highly recommend and 5 stars for me if you want a nice little cottage. Thank you Anna."

"We had a really great time at Mill Moor, it really suited my husband who is in a wheelchair as he could move easily around it. it was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely use it again."
