Although the listing stated it was a non-smoking unit, evidence of smoking including odors, stains, and cigarette butts was present in various areas. "The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

"The condo was at the bottom of a long hill, not good for seniors. The shower unit needs repairing - two substantial leeks. Upon arrival all towels were quite wet and rolled up at the end of the beds soaking wet. The pillows had barely any filling in them. Otherwise, clean and well stocked kitchen. "

"The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, especially as Luxembourg was experiencing a heatwave at the time. Staff were very helpful and approachable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options and all very fresh and well presented. Enabled a great start to the day sightseeing. The location was a little out of the main city centre and it was 15/20 minute walk into the city centre but the location was ideal for what we were looking for, next to the railway station and the tram/bus stops. We had an excellent stay."
