Broken glass and trash in the parking lot. Waited over 10 mins for attendant to come to. The counter to check us in, they then proceeded to be on the phone the whole time. Overwhelming smell of cleaning prodicts in the lobby, and boday odors in the room. Rooms were not as pictured, bathroom was dirty and damanged and. fan made alot of noise.

Staff was courteous but the sofa’s cushions were in need of replacement, not very comfortable. We didn’t use the pullout couch cause a piece of metal was sticking out from under it. We mentioned to the clerk but he never hacked on it.
