Downtown McKinney home with 4 Bedrooms and 3 full bathroom rooms. Convenient to both downtown and everything along Central Expressway. House has been fully renovated in 2022 and modernized. Kitchen has brand new appliances and has everything you would need to make a meal. Main bedroom features a king bed with work space while other rooms features queen beds. Enjoy lounging by the fire-pit or cooking on the grill in the large treed backyard.

Great place and a great location. We were in town for a family wedding. 3 couples and 2 teenages. Plenty of room for everyone with 4 beds and 3 baths.
