On average the staff was good. Our main problem was the facility itself. The plugs in the room were loose, floors make noise when walk on them, noise from surrounding rooms, some road noise.

No refrigerator is inconvenient. The plug in outlets on lamp stands all are too loose to hold a cord. I had to use the one on the wall & then I couldn’t get fan close enough or my heating pad. The young ladies at the front desk in the afternoon of 7-5 were great! A homeless man came I. Looking for food & his pants hanging below waist which made me wonder what he wanted. Ended up wanting drinks & food! Then he left. Parking on East side very inconvenient with a high wall built up so you have to take your luggage on the roller all the way to end of building to get up on sidewalk! Besides that the room was great.

We got a key to a room with people already in it. We finally got a new room but had to go downstairs and get our own sheets. There were used cups on the counter. The outdoor noise was very loud.
