We were very disappointed with this stay. We were there 4 days and our room was never once cleaned. We had to ask for clean towels snd toilet paper. There may have been a leak around the tub because they used a huge amount of caulk and it was up onto the walls and into the tub. The wall behind the toilet was peeling. The hot tub wasn’t working and all of handrails in the pool area were rusting badly even onto the concrete. We WERE offered a $3 drink of our choice for the inconvenience. The ice machine was also not working. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and they kept the breakfast area very clean. When you pay to stay because of the amenities and those amenities aren’t available to you, it is super disappointing. Just general maintenance needs to take a few steps up.

Property was clean. The cleaning staff was excellent daily clean. I really appreciate that... the front desk was good. The New Girl needs to be trained a little bit more, but the other staff made up for that, I didn't like them, not communicating when I was staying longer, and the staff did not know as far as the cleanup people needed to communicate with them. So they won't interfere with your sleep or whatever you're doing by barging into your room to clean. Need to communicate better with cleaning staff. The pool need cleaning and the Hot Tub did not work. The Pool was dated. Also the side door lock was not working properly. The breakfast was good and hot every morning. I want to thank the cleaning crew for doing an awesome job! Especially Tnay!
