Was able to book last minute. Check in was great. The place is a little worn on the inside but it smelled clean and looked clean. Very close to Dallas State Fair Park. We will be staying at this hotel again next year for sure!

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. My room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast items. The fruit looked old and the sausage was overcooked but I would definitely stay here again.

Property is not in a great area didn’t feel safe parking my vehicle behind the hotel. Room was spacious but walls had a lot of scuffs. Floor was sticky and bathroom didn’t seem very clean hallway was dirty. Staff was good the girl who worked the front desk that night and who checked us in was very nice and polite. Other than that this hotel will probably not be my choice next time.

Luke the desk clerk was very unprofessional! Our room didn’t have a remote, we asked for one and once we got back to the room, it didn’t work, no batteries in it. Called down there and he had us bring the remote back to add batteries and he tossed the remote back on the counter. Another thing, I needed Excedrin and he asked could I not see the wall there with medication. There wasn’t any Excedrin there. He had a horrible attitude the entire time. Our tub in our room wasn’t clean! I bought products to clean it. The lights went out, we had no air for a while!!
