Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
We had trouble getting into the apartment once in, it was a moldy smell with a huge stain on the carpet. The bathroom on the left has a visible hole over the toliet that leaks when im in the shower. I called the emergency line and this nice lady tried to help. I sent pictures as instructed and was told someone would be there in 15 minutes. Today is Saturday and still no one. I will post the pictures. The experience was not horrible but not great. I would appreciate a return call.
Stayed 2 nights in May 2026
