"When we 1st Checked in our room had hair all over the bathroom. They Switched rooms the 2nd night the Toilet had water coming out the back all over the floor. The hotel was full so they couldn’t switch to another room. We paid for parking and there weren’t any parking spots available so that we had to park in the “Free Parking Spots” across the street. However I had to make multiple phone call to get a refund for 1 of the night. Which I feel as if we deserve both night free considering that I had to put the towels all around the toilet to absorb the Brown water"

"Good experience staying here, the only problem is if you want to watch TV they’ve gone to a streaming app that takes a degree in electrical engineering. It was very difficult to navigate. Everything else at this hotel was good."

"Very clean hotel, breakfast was fine. The room set up is different because the bathroom is close to the beds as opposed to by the door. The sink is at the end of the beds. I don't know if it is like that in all the rooms. It's not bad, just different! If someone needs quiet, it may be an issue. "

From the very first day the representative made a lasting impression, she was very instrumental in making sure my request was fulfilled, and she had an understanding personality. Our room was very clean, nice and comfortable. We love the decor and the beautiful scenery outside. Upon checking out Kadita was just as helpful, she had an awesome personality, and she was very informative. Both representatives were very knowledgeable and professional. Great stay!!! "
