I had a great stay at Studio 6 in Richardson, especially considering the low price! The room was spacious and clean, the property, other than hearing some traffic from the freeway when outdoors, was fairly quiet, and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was not having access to the laundry room. There was a small fire that started from a dryer and a week later the laundry room was still not available. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay!

Staff are good people. However I have been extending my stay and I was told I would get my refund back and have yet to get it. Bank said transaction details don’t exist from what was reported. Moral of the story pay attention. I’m rightfully due my refund.

Area was quiet and safe. Staff friendly. Bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in or even sit on. Found a few baby roaches the morning I left. Had to shake all my things out to make sure I didn’t take anything with me. Smh
