It was great. The only problem we had is that a girl up front stop flirting with my husband making him feel uncomfortable. She even called our room and came up to it acting like we ordered stuff and we didn't. Definitely will be staying again but we'll be talking to the manager next time.
shower did not work, sink did not work, heater rattled all night
rust and mold in bathroom, no sleep timer on remote, food choices were poor, front desk communication was painful.
Wonderful stay. The spa treatments were excellent.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
I made reservation for 10/19/2019 in my wedding night and was not gonna be able to check in the at the specific time , so incalled I 7:00pm to try and alert the receptionist but did not answer. I called again at 8:00pm. Than again at 9:00pm. When we arrived to check in which was at 1:40am;after my wedding. I tried to explain to the receptionist Keith that i tried to call to infrom that i woild be late he said it wasnt his problem. I showed him the calls on my phone in call log and said he didn't recieve a call and refused to help me in any way because than he would get in trouble. After he told me to leave or that he would call police when i I wasn't being loud or violent in any way.
The wifi was not working for the majority of my stay. I alerted the front desk three times before I was told a general manager was stepping in to address the issue. It still wasn't working when I checked out. I was traveling for business, so this was a big inconvenience. Also, the front desk staff could not handle my request to consolidate my back-to-back bookings, so that I could stay in the same room both nights. Despite filling out the necessary paperwork and being told at check-in that everything was sorted, I was still called on day two and was asked to vacate my room. The hotel is nice, but as others have stated, it's annoying that there is no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. I always enjoy my time at Spa Castle, and this time I got a body scrub. However, the staff member shoved a gratuity sheet right in my face while I was still sitting on the table immediately after she finished. This was awkward and not relaxing at all.
This place This place is terrible service and at the time the manager attitude is horrible they look at me like animal And then loom is very sticky coffee pot is not working AC temperature not working smells funny to
The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The staff was nice but needs to be trained more on how to deal with the computer systems to make it easier and quicker to check guest in
This place is wonderful. Everyone is super helpful. We had a terrific time.

So so hotel&spa
Food and drink are overpriced. We brought drinks with us in our bags and left for dinner. Bring your own water, juice etc the minifridge is stocked 3 dollars for a water , 2 dollars for a can of soda. There is a walmart in the same parking lot. The hotel is average the only perk is the spa is down stairs.
Terrible got a room where up stairs ac didn’t work , it was leaking , had to sleep hot one night because they said they couldn’t do nothing about
It then second night got moved to another the plugs to plug your phone didn’t work had to get maintenance to fix it , then ac kept ticking so couldn’t really sleep!!! Yeah
It’s not cheap but it’s missing a lot of basic stuff I got a corner suite with no microwave? A lot of hidden fees and the staff plays dumb. But I’m a person use to staying at 3 stars so to find out that this 4 star up to the same gimmick was blah. But I would go again and recommend
this place is the ABSOLUTE WORST I WISH NEGATIVE STARS WOULD WORK..
I want to prevent them taking advantage of other familes both here in DFW and far away
Hotel way overpriced. Deluxe room was not what was represented online. NO airbath which was the major selling point for me. No chaise lounge, no dinnerware, no clock, all mentioned/pictured online. Cheap-looking and feeling wood laminate everywhere. Bathroom was nice but fixtures cheap and loose; no hooks in bathing area to hang robe or clothing. Overwhelming chlorine smell in lobby and room, but yet hallways smelled musty. Listing stated "room with view"...view was back parking lot with a dumpster in the middle. Staff was polite and helpful, but the hotel was a major disappointment.
the VIP spa room heard no AC running , the room we got was a loft bedsheets where dirty , corridors were steaming hot , and the water was leaking by the elevator shaft on 3rd floor all they put was a bucket to hold the water no sign of a wet area .
