My dad is originally from Edinburgh, and we were visiting together, and even he was floored by how good the hotel was given the price, quality, and location. "Lovely clean room and bathroom exactly as expected. Staff were helpful at check in and explained the check out procedure. Situated just off the main Leith tram route so easy to find although it is also walkable from the main city area and walkable down to Leith. Certainly would stay here again."
