"me and my partner went in and the place was run down the room was dirty the door was stiff wouldn't shut the window was cracked the pillows was ripped the toilet was needing a good clean me and my partner were lucky to book something else wee walked out couldn't stay there the owner stayed in the house next door were wee got the key it was very disappointing put it this way doesnt look like whats in the pictures showing on line a wouldn't recommend this place to anyone stay clear ...."

"We stayed in the CRM suite which was absolutely beautiful looking out to the park opposite. The room was huge and had absolutely everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was adequate in quantity and delicious. Even the berries on the yoghurt were fresh not like the wet defrosted slush you'll get at one of the big hotels. "Avril is a lovely person with great knowledge about the local area and attractions. The view from the double room is outstanding. There is ample parking and its a very good base. The garden is huge and backs onto a coastal walj so you can access the beach from there. It's a very traditional bed and breakfast. The rooms aren't en-suite which may not suit everybody"
