The PM company did not know at first that we were supposed to arrive that day even after asking two days prior for the check-in instructions. They sent a cleaning lady and she did a very limited and superficial cleaning. She put new sheets and bedding covers and put the dirty ones in the same cabinet where she got the clean ones...

"The listing says it has 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has two double beds and the other two have one double bed each. There is a sofa bed in the living room. So it should have 4 beds and 1 sofa bed. It says that it sleeps up to 10 people. It’s the main reason why I booked it because I don’t like sleeping on sofa bed. It turns out that it only has total 3 beds and 1 sofa bed. We have 7 people.
