"Bed was good. Parking good. I was told there was a coffee pit in the room, there was not. No soap, except a shampoo/conditioner packet. I used to wash my hands. I got in late so it wasn’t worth the trouble to get what I wanted. I just left"

"This is a great, well maintained property and we were very pleased with the room. It is an excellent bargain. The only downside was the breakfast offering. 2 types of cereal, instant oatmeal, and coffee. We will definitely come back!"

"Like almost all HIE hotels, everything was clean. It is an older property, but renovated; not quite as nice as other HIEs we’ve stayed at. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, I was billed at a higher rate than arranged through Expedia. When checking out, the desk clerk said she would credit the difference to my card. That didn’t happen."

"We come to Dandridge throughout the year to visit family and I think we have stayed at all the hotels in the cluster around this one. I will say, this one was the most updated, with the most comfortable rooms. Great darkening shades (that you need) and the only issue was still being able to hear the highway at night so earplugs are recommended if you are a light sleeper. Very helpful and friendly staff."

"Very accommodating staff, room was comfortable and clean. If you plan on walking to dinner from motel go early, by 9:00 they are all closed."

"Marcie is an amazing host. Communication was awsome from prebooking to close out. The house is exactly as posted, Very roomy, clean and comfy. We had two full size trucks with 21' bass boats and an addional truck, all fit in the driveway. We had no issues with the 110 v plug outside, it was hooked to two battery chargers and did great. Kitchen is well stock with all needed utensils, pots and pans. Location makes it very easy to get to either Lake. A very nice snack package was waiting for us on the table as well. Check out was also very easy. "

We were treated with kindness and was given abundance of information on the property.Great place to hang out, use as a base to see Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Asheville NC, and so much more.Great for hiking, swimming, relaxing, and family fun for all ages.Bring your walking shoes to just navigate the home lol.Highly recommend!"
