Totally walkable to the beach and restaurants. After hours check in was easy to follow with detailed instructions. Would stay here again."

"I love the Italian owner. He has a strong accent, but friendly and inviting. It was my first time in Miami, so I didn’t know about pay parkings. The owner offered to pay for our parking for free of charge for 24 hrs. This was a blessing. B&B (breakfast) was delicious and made fresh once you wake up. I love the omelettes served at this location because it is not the traditional omelettes you get at Hamptons or other hotels. The kitchen had everything we needed: fridge, microwave, plates, utensils, glasses, etc. The thermostat worked fine. Entry with keypad lock worked fine. Plenty of hot water for the shower."
