"It's pretty clear this hotel was recently bought out by Wyndham & was previously a Sleep Inn. The rooms for the most part look like they were renovated. The lighting is dim & needs work and the shower only offered hot & lava temp water.
The rest of the property definitely still needs some tender love & care. Also, this place is advertised to have a "buffet" breakfast included. It is definitely NOT a buffet. More like a continental breakfast & a VERY bad one at that. They did have biscuits & sausage gravy but it was inedible - biscuits were slightly burnt & as hard as hockey pucks & my husband saw the fridge they clearly pulled the gravy from as there was a sign stating to use the "old" gravy before the new - what was in the crockpot did not look appetizing. And as a southerner, biscuits & gravy is not somethingwe play about. The drink/juice dispenser was mislabeled & sprayed everywhere but into your cup. No pastries, only bagels. And the floor was very sticky.
If you're just looking for a place to lay your head for a night or 2, then it's fine. Otherwise I wouldn't bother or have high expectations. I'm actually kind of surprised that Wyndham would put their name on it BEFORE completing all of the renovations & such.
The staff at the front desk was nice. "
