"Excellente localisation, très sécuritaire, à distance de marche de tout ce qu’il y a à voir à Chania. Personnel très aimable et souriant. Les chambres sont magnifiques et dotées de la technologie la plus récente. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très complet. Hôtel à recommander sans hésiter."

"Clean room with fairly powerful hair dryer but is stuck in bathroom. Beds comfortable and air conditioned. Good size fridge and safe. Triple room didn't provide enough chairs on balcony or enough hangers in wardrobe when we were booked as a 3 occupancy, but on asking we were provided with extras at no cost or issue and promptly. Swimming pools x 2 big, clean but very cold. fairly comfortable loungers with umbrellas and clean towels provided daily but pool doesn't open early enough in my opinion 10am-6pm only. Plenty of restaurants to choose from but didn't try food but noted to be good. Good selection of well made cocktails and delicious ice cream milkshakes. Small mini market shop on site good for water and snacks. Staff friendly and helpful especially front desk. Indoor spa pool ok size, but pool not very warm and not many beds. Good neck shoulder back massage and you get 45min use of sauna and steam room with spa treatments only either before or after the treatment. Showers available to use in this area useful for check out day. Free sun loungers on small section of beach attached to hotel with good bar facilities. Breakfast buffet large selection cooked and cold options and restocked frequently so felt fresh with hot plates available. Some lovely complimentary snacks, wine, water and ala carte breakfast provided. 1 day of power cut to local area but we were warned and back up generator meant no issues other than noise if directly by the generator. Nice relaxing stay"

Mossa Well Being Hotel with heated pool & Wellness Spa

"Our stay at Mossa Well Being Hotel was one of the highlights of our anniversary trip to Crete. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful and comfortable room with its spacious balcony to the excellent amenities, including the pool, sauna, and steam room. Breakfast was outstanding every morning, with plenty of delicious options. The location is ideal, just steps from four beautiful beaches and only a short drive from Chania. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thank you to Alexandros for his fantastic recommendations on hiking trails and local restaurants. If we're lucky enough to return to Crete, we'll definitely stay at Mossa again."
