"We had a great stay here - house was beautiful and well equipped and the remoteness and private pool were great for a relaxing stay in Crete. While you are about 20 mins outside of Chania it served as a good base for all of the western beaches and attractions while still close enough to Chania for dinners and exploring. On top of that Erato was super hospitable and responsive to our needs - highly recommended!"

"The property was just right for us. The drive up the mountain is not for the weak of heart though as most of the climb is on steep and narrow roads. That said, most folks take it slow and work together to get where they need to go safely. The view was stunning and the atmosphere relaxing. Pool was key. We did not stay long enough to use the grill or pizza oven but it was fun to have. "

Prachtig huis, zeer netjes en de eigenaar heeft er alles aan gedaan om onze vakantie tot een succes te maken. Heel behulpzaam en correct. "Great central location to downtown Xania. The staff though is what made it excellent. I wish I could list them all by name! If you go, engage the staff. They will give you recommendations for some unique experiences besides the beaches and souvenir stores. Thank you all! P.S. There is a killer hole-in-the-wall, mom and pop type of gyro stand across the street. They make them right, unlike the some of the attempts in the USA."
