During our stay, our tire on our rental car had gone flat and the staff/team at Domes Zeen went above and beyond to make sure that it was resolved with the company (without us even asking). "Lovely rooms, very clean, great food and lovely staff. On the downside the drinks were pretty average. Coffee not great, wine not great, soft drinks varied, spirits weak. Also found it very odd for a supposed 5 star to have to pay extra for things like pool towels, some “premium” sun beds and bottled water? Not expected. The dining areas could really do with better lighting and some added character - they feel a bit canteen-like. However the food was really very good. Fresh, varied and tasty...

We had an urban facing room just a few steps above ground level, and the noise level at night made it very difficult to sleep. Lot of people hanging out until 2–3 AM right outside our room. The location of the hotel is great in old town so it’s a trade off. Our flight arrived late at night and the middle of the night check-in turned into an adventure. We had to carry large suitcases down 50 steps to reach the hotel and...
