"Always an awesome stay! This is our go-to hotel in Chania. The rooms are quiet and spotless. The staff from the front desk to dining room to housekeeping are always professional and friendly. The location is perfectly situated at the far end of the harbor with lovely views. Yet still within walking distance of great restaurants and plenty of shops. The breakfast is stellar. And the onsite restaurant offers some of the best homemade dolmades we’ve ever had. Next time we will try the made-to-order galaktobouriko. An added bonus is their onsite parking. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Very comfortable hotel in excellent position. Lots of restaurants nearby and bus outside every 15 minutes to Chania. Hotel provided fruit, bottle of wine and biscuits in the room."

"We have stayed at the Yakinthos at least 6 times over the last 20 years. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach and numerous restaurants. Lovely pool area. There is a bus stop nearby No 21 frequent bus service to Chania town. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is showing some signs of age but this is reflected in the price and the location makes up for it. The rooms facing the road can be noisy from the traffic so I would recommend booking a pool or garden view room. "

We’ve stayed with own pool and it was of a great size, very private, we could relax by the pool while our baby slept inside."

"The host is incredibly friendly and cleans the room daily. Although the outdoor area is somewhat cluttered, the space is kept clean. He assisted us in finding a trustworthy taxi driver who charged fair rates and generously lent us beach equipment at no cost."

"We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for three nights and this place is just fabulous. The apartments are very spacious and quiet, on nice grounds with a pool in the middle. They also have a nice bar and light meals available with delicious chocolate shakes too. The family who runs the business are super friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend. If there is any downside to note and only a small one, it would be the small shower."
