"Arrived late at night for a 4 night stay… apartment 5 that we booked was occupied so we were shown into another apartment and there was water pouring through the ceiling from the apartment upstairs. No other rooms available in this property or their others so had no choice but to stay. Was told their maintenance team knew about the problem but were on vacation! Promised us that night would be refunded. Promised us the leak would be fixed first thing in the morning. No-one turned up… the water...

"My apartment was clean and had reasonable amenities. Bathroom was good. The bed was fairly short (my feet stuck out of the end and I’m not that tall). There was no air con and the inside temperature of the room on a night was 25 degrees so I couldn’t sleep. "

"The apartment was quite spacious which was great after all the pokey hotels we have stayed in. We could not get the airconditioning working, and thought the bed was a bit hard for us, but other than that, we were very happy with the facilities and cleanliness offered. "

"I really liked the student accommodation and found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially Shaz who checked me in. The only complaint I have is that the actual building name wasn’t included in any check in details and there wasn’t a sign for Student OLIB on the door. I followed google maps which led me to a different building which caused lots of confusion. "

"It was very noisy, no AC, due to noise couldn’t leave window open, the apartment was 30+ degrees overnight. Regular delivery truck at 2:30am right outside window made it impossible to sleep through. Will not stay there again. "
