We had to wipe our feet off with damp washcloths several times or wear socks the whole time. We tried to have brunch on Sunday and were told they weren't open yet. It was 10:22, and brunch started at 10:30!"

"The room was clean and the bed was too soft for me and my wife but we are in our 70’s and a firmer bed is an item we need. We would like to know if the room is on the second floor with no elevator and very steep stairs and no platform to stand on when you climb 15 steps with luggage. They did not have another room for a suitable switch. It was probably my fault because I didn’t specify certain needs."

I explained where I might have dropped it, and one of the staff members went to check, but it was not found. Other than that, everything else was good."
