"The Farmhouse was exactly as promised. We arrived after a long 7-hour drive from northern California, Humboldt area, exhausted! A small gray tabby kitty greeted us at the door, and she could care less about our large golden retriever, Rufus.Access was a breeze with instructions emailed the day before.The house was clean and beautifully decorated, with a lot of period appropriate decor. The views are amazing from every window and especially from the front outdoor sitting area. Beds/mattress are super comfy. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. We used the clean BBQ to grill each night and ate our dinner & wine outside on the wooden table. (Trader Joe's is about 10 minutes away.) The Farmhouse is perfectly located to visit several wineries on the HWY 46 west. We only had one full day and visited Niner for wine tasting and lunch. AMAZING! and EPOCH for the wine and cool history of the property. Both are beautiful properties and wines are exceptional. Reservations needed at both, even on a Wednesday.I would 100% recommend the Farm House if staying in this area of Paso. We will be back!Thank you 3"

"We loved having so much space for just the 2 of us! The kitchen is well appointed and the hosts prepped by putting filtered water in the fridge and ice in the freezer. The A/C kept us cool despite it being 95 outside.The location was quiet and serene, yet within 10 minutes of many breweries, wineries, distilleries, and restaurants making it super easy to spend time out and at the rental.The goats and cow are SO CUTE! The big white goat loved getting scritches the most 3 so saying hi to him was part of my morning routine. Our cousins visited from Nipomo with their 3 yr old and it was fun to see her give the goat a carrot stick!"

"Cute lil cabin in wine country with incredible views! Perfect for a couple night stay. It had everything we needed and most importantly it had a very comfy bed! It was so nice to be close to so many vineyards....LOVED IT!"

7BR/4BA Farmhouse & Barn Estate on a Resort-Like Setting!

"This is an excellent property for a large family gathering. There is plenty of space including an abundance of beds, a wonderful pool with retractable cover, 2 spas, and an incredible game room in the main house garage that includes a ping pong table, a pool table, an air hockey table, basketball hoop, pac man video, foos ball table, pinball machine, lots of toys, all kinds of balls, and riding toys in a clean space. There are also climbing structures and small slides for the small kids. The entire property is fenced so there's an added sense of security so the parents can also relax and enjoy their time. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary serving dishes and utensils with two large refrigerators in the main house and another refrigerator in the guest house that also includes the 2nd spa. The house is on a rise of a hill offering wonderful southern vistas. Overall, this was a fabulous place for our family to spend the extended 4th of July holiday and also attend the annual Templeton 4th of July parade. We hope to return sometime soon."
