"This place is just wonderful. It is finished to a high standard and is very comfortable and homely. It is situated in a very quiet location and is only 10 minutes from the seaside at Paignton. It is ideally positioned to explore Torbay and the surrounding areas and allows you to escape to the peace and quiet of the countryside at the end of your day. "This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. We had children and grandchildren coming from different countries, total of 11. The house is so beautiful and spacious and all the gathering areas near the pool, family room and outside made it so comfortable. The meals were exceptional and so generous. "Charming place, we hadn’t realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didn’t seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommended"
