"We had the most wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Devon. Truly a little slice of countryside heaven. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The cottage is beautiful, cosy, welcoming and full of character. Every room was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed (and more!) for relaxed family meals.The location was perfect – peaceful and tucked away, yet close enough to explore nearby villages, towns, crabbing, beaches and a local farm shops. The children loved the garden, with the swings and treehouse. We enjoyed our mornings with a cup of tea in the garden were idilic. The hosts were absolutely lovely – thoughtful and responsive. You can really tell they care about creating a memorable experience for their guests.We left feeling rested, inspired, and already dreaming of when we can return. A true gem. I highly recommend!"

"Beautifull position, veiws outstanding, well equipted, very cosy, and clean, In a brilliant postion for walking and relaxing, also just a quick hop across the ferry to vibrant Dartmouth with many shops and restraunts. Carparking is a couple of minutes walk away, perfect. The property has a lovery patio where to relax and blow your mind as the sun sets. Two pubs in Kingswear, a wine bar, village shop, post office, and cafe. The hosts are very friendly and helpful also. Sooooo relaxing 10/10. Have a great time 😊 "

"We came to stay to visit a relative in Kingswear and it was perfect. Clean and well appointed it is 200m from the lower car ferry and passenger ferry to Dartmouth Even better same distance to the lovely Ship Inn in Kingswear!We had two teenage boys and the bunk beds were fineOn arrival it was a bit cold and Sharon helped us with the heating and kind enough to drop more logs offWe didn’t use the top patio area as it was April but went for a look and it was greatHighly recommend this little boltholeParking is available in some of the higher roads just a few minutes (but a steep climb) walk"
