"Staying in the ocean view room was a little slice of paradise. The room was beautifully appointed with ocean views all around. Your room made me feel spoiled the grounds were so beautiful one didn’t really need to leave the property. I could get anywhere. I wanted in about six minutes. I definitely recommend this room to people that want peace and quiet and beautiful views."

"Old Victorian with rooms in out buildings. When we checked in we were disappointed that the advertized free parking was not available. The dining room was very attractive and the breakfast food was tasty, but a small portion, compared to other B&B's. The bathroom and one of the bedroom windows were missing curtains. Two of the windows were not attached to their frames, so they were threatening to fall into the room. The bed was comfortable. The decor was nice, but sparse. No chair, no bedside...

"Pictures misrepresent the state of accommodations. House is very old, bathroom is falling apart and we asked for an ocean view room - you could barely see it out of one corner of the window. The rest of the view was of construction. “Farm to table breakfast” is a bit of a stretch too - basically everything was store bought except the tomatoes from the patio - which was a mess. The only issue I have is saying place is ocean view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the ocean on the horizon through the trees etc. There is no real view. You will be in your car to go to beach and restaurants as its beyond what most people would walk. Its 30 plus minutes to walk to beach and if you wanted a chair or cooler or any such thing its...
