"Clean room and very friendly staff"

"Hotel paradox is such a fun hotel. The vibe is friendly and I enjoyed my stay as a solo female. Location is great, you can easily walk downtown to shops, restaurants, and coffee in minutes. You can also walk to the beach in about 20 minutes. There are also city bikes on the property to rent. The rooms were modern and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The lobby is nice to hang out in and uniquely decorated. The pool felt like a vacation resort complete with cabanas, hot tub, pool, food and beverage service, fire pit and games. It is a kid/family and dog friendly hotel. There were literally dogs sitting at the table eating from owners plates and kids all over in the hot tub and pool. If this isn’t your vibe don’t say you weren’t warned. That being said, it usually isn’t my vibe but I actually enjoyed all of it and they do a great job maintaining the cleanliness of everything. Every room is pet friendly and they reached out to me personally to let me know this since I requested a room where there were no pets because of allergies. I still opted to stay there and they did an extra deep cleaning for me and I didn’t have any issues with allergies. All in all I would stay again and recommend. It’s a nice place. "

"Beautiful hotel! Everything was so clean, the room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Very friendly staff as well. Easy walk to Levi’s Stadium and good variety of dining in and around the area. The ONLY thing we weren’t fond of was the barn style bathroom door. It did not close enough to provide total privacy, it just slides over the doorway and it’s close to the beds so we could hear everything that was going on in there lol. That being said, we will be back next year for sure! "
