She helped us get trusted drivers for transportstion when required. The property grounds were well maintained and we found the room and bedding comfortable. The location is convenient - slightly off the main road but within walking distance of town of Victoria Falls if so desired (25-30 minutes). Would highly recommend Batonka Lodge!"

"I booked this stay at the end of our 10-day trip. I knew that we will be tired from all the safaris and strenuous activities and we needed to wind down and relax before heading home. We saw many animals in the grounds and beyond."

"The staff was always cheerful and helpful unwilling to chat. If you want an activity, they all knew how to get it for you, even if it was supposedly booked full. Breakfast was always perfect as much as little as you needed and the coffee was hot. It was nice. They had a little store on site if you wanted to soda or a bottle of water or an alcoholic beverage. The pool is small, but it does the job. All of the taxi drivers know where this place is and they have a nice parking area. They also hire a guy to be security at night, which is nice."
