I don’t fault them for the system being down but sounds like it had been down for a while. Carpet in the room was dirty and shower was small. We stayed to try a new hotel and we won’t be returning to this property."

The check-in attendants, Theresa and Clarissa, were phenomenal and helpful. They made sure to communicate, be available, and keep me comfortable throughout my entire stay.
