"We enjoyed our 2 nights at Cozy Place Close to the docks. Easy access and personalized connection with Nathalie were appreciated! We enjoyed the French and sail boating themes in the apartment, aligned the Annapolis maritime history! The docks are a short drive and old Town Annapolis was pleasant and historical! We recommend Cozy Place to others!"

"A lovely flat with lots of windows and comfortable surroundings. Caroline was easy to reach and very helpful. She even ran over a baby gate for the two-year-old in our group. Only comment would be that the "double beds" in the living room was a recliner couch that really didn't work well as a bed. There was an air mattress available, but our twenty-something chose to sleep on the couch as is. The P6 bus was right outside the door and got us around well."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property was clean and even smelled nice! NJay was a great host and easy to communicate with. I stayed for a little over 2 weeks by myself and felt safe. The parking seems a bit obscure but it was very convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet and private and not far from most key spots in the DMV."

"This was a nice apartment in an upscale neighborhood close to the main tourist attractions in D.C. It was a little tight with our 4 teens (we have a blended family) but we made it work well. I was thrilled that the apartment included complimentary coffee, filters, sugar, creamer, two different types of tea, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper products and plenty of laundry and dish detergent. "Great place! Enjoyed my time at their spot in Capitol Hill. Clean space, recently updated, conveniently located. Great spot! Tall guests should be aware that the English basement is a true English basement and if you are 6ft+ you may struggle with the low ceilings. Also, if you're trying to sleep in on weekdays at least, you will hear the family upstairs getting ready for their day. All of which should be understood with this type of apartment. We actually turned in our rental car early after we discovered how very convenient the location is.
