It was cold when I got there, it would have been nice if the heating could have been put on before arrival. The floor is freezing - bring slippers. "Small, but had everything we needed! Bed was very comfortable, lots of supplies in the kitchen. Easy walk from station, and the transport to the Eden Project was a plus! Also, the washer/dryer came in handy for us, allowing us to pack half as much clothing! Claire is a lovely host!"

"Beautifully finished apartment and to a high standard. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating on what was a very busy evening for them. Food was lovely and presented well, amazing coffee too. Location was great just what we needed for our trip."
