"Front desk staff was AMAZING!! Very welcoming and accommodating A++. Room was nice, well appointed, however we found a huge clump of someone’s hair on the desk chair and some shredded cheese. I let the front desk know and they offered to move us to another room. We were fine where we were, already ready for bed. The front desk staff broiled us up free breakfast vouchers which was very nice. $30.52 for valet parking for less than 12 hrs is ridiculous. Our waitress for breakfast was by far the best part of our stay! She was delighted to help up, very attentive and friendly! She needs a raise! You want to keep the front desk staff and that waitress, you don’t find quality like that everywhere and train the housekeeping crew a little better!"

"My only complaint and this upset me very much and expressed concern at the front desk about this. I was awaken by knocking on my door at 0915. It was house keeping and when I asked her what she needed she did not speak English and what I can only assume was seeing if I checked out yet. There needs to be a better system of checking to see if people have checked out. I did not Goto bed till almost 0400 because I was working and planned on sleeping till 1045 as I had a long drive ahead of me. If checkout is not till 1200 don't bother guests that early."

"The Staff was very helpful. My room was awesome, clean, awesome bathroom. I only stayed one night. I had to leave next day. Breakfast was great, wonderful selections and included in price. Plus you could sleep in until noon was checkout."
