"Wonderful, quiet, clean, and comfortable space. Easy street parking. Didn’t realize until I received the check-in message that there were multiple units, and it could have been communicated a bit more clearly that the entrance was on the side of the house toward the back, but I figured it out, and it was very easy entry from there! Appreciated the air conditioning for sure, but would have liked to be able to have more control over the temperature. All that said - it was a great stay, and I would stay here again! Very cozy, with lots of live plants, and a lovely area out back to relax. The bed was very comfortable, and everything I needed from towels to silverware was provided. "
"It's an old Victorian mansion converted to a hotel, felt a bit like a B&B. Beautiful old building with a nice parlor that we enjoyed, way more interesting than the usual boring motel/hotel. They have a wine bar downstairs in the afternoons which is fun. Location is great with excellent restaurants, pubs, and bakeries nearby. It's a bit loud outside on weekend nights but we turned on the AC fan and slept great. Our room's carpet was kind of old, maybe it's time to replace it... otherwise everything was clean and the huge elegant bathroom was amazing. Next time I'm in Dayton we'll stay there again!"
