"The owners were very likable and made every effort to make my stay enjoyable. They are dog friendly and Gracie really loved all the attention. The breakfasts were yummy… homemade scones and muffins, quiche and cowboy scramble 😊 I would definitely stay there again if in New Smyrna "

"We have been to this Hotel many times before and its always Excellent, (probably one of our very favorites) unfortunately I booked it and then both my husband and I got very sick (fever, lots of meds from the Dr. etc.) and were not able to keep the reservation. The room for one night was $336, which was a higher rate then we would normally spend on one night but it was going to be a treat. We were not able to change the date, unfortunately, because it was a "no refund / no change date rate." ...

"Everyone was very helpful and pleasant from the get-go. check in went smoothly they even got us in a couple hours early. There were always pool towels available and housekeeping was on the ball. The food at Longboards their Tiki bar kitchen was delicious and fresh. Had a wonderful trip with the grandkids and will be back for sure."

"We enjoyed the spacious room I would give 5 stars except the bed was not very comfortable. The toilet seat in our room also needs adjusted it’s of center and slides when you sit. The front desk staff were helpful and very nice. Overall we enjoyed the stay the pool was great for the kids and the family room furniture was comfortable. "
