When we arrived, we were surprised to find that it is actually situated a long way up a country road and quite isolated. "This is a gorgeous, family run hotel in a perfectly restored historical building. The bed was comfortable beyond belief (Cocomat!) and the breakfast delicious. Well worth the splurge!"

We had no car and the walk into town was very quick and to the beach was about 15 minutes, and not as difficult as other reviews made out.
