"Amazing staff and beautiful hotel, lovely to spend time by the pools and beach. Very nice village 20 minutes from hotel, we walked there in the evening for dinner and took the mini-train back. We have recommended the hotel both to friends with and without children. "

"Zimmer Bungalow war OK. Leider 3 Tage lang ein Problem mit Ameisen im ganzen Raum🤢. Wurde erst nach 3 maligen beanstanden in Ordnung gebracht.😒 Am 5 Tag ist das Wasser in der Dusche nicht bzw. nur sehr langsam abgelaufen. Leider ist die Lage des Zimmers, Parterre und direkt vor einem allgemeinen Pool. Verpflegung und Auswahl waren sehr gut 😀Für ein 4⭐plus Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet. Am Empfang leider Niemand der Deutsch spricht."

"Jättefint hotell, hög kvalitet på mat och drinkar. Fin pool, fanns gott om solsängar. Väldigt lugn atmosfär, bara vuxna. Otroligt vänlig och serviceminded personal. Området är inte det roligaste och stranden är sådär. Väldigt lyhört, man hör trafik från gatan och andra ljud, låter nästan som att dörren till rummet är vidöppen. Dubbelsängen bestod av två sängar (twin)."

"Dans les chambres ,remplacer les rideaux de douche par des portes coulissantes, car avec la ventilation automatique le rideau colle au corps lors de la douche et diminue de moitie la surface exploitable du bac et provoque une gène désagréable."

There are two sections of the palace...one where the hotel reception is connected to and the other is a stand along building across the street. We've read online that one of the sections was the "newer" renovated one and I think that was the section with the hotel reception. We stayed in other section across the street and it was fine.
