"The home was nice, it is clean and looks like the pictures. Pool and spa are also very clean. The communication with the property management lacks, very hard to get in contact with on the day of your arrival. You leave a message and they are supposed to call you back, (they never did) I was concerned they forgot about our reservation. They bombard with emails before we arrived (when you book the property) and then the day of arrival no response. Until I was persistent for three hours, calling to...

"I was very pleased with my room. It was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Quiet. Staff was excellent, friendly yet professional and eager to help. Older property but well kept up. The beds were amazing, as were the pillows, I slept like a baby! A/C was equal to the triple digit temperatures in Phoenix. Breakfast was great. 0 problems, will stay there again. I'm a retired hotelier, have seen it all. My second stay at a Sleep Inn, very impressed for a budget property."
