The Ingleside Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely property. It’s very large and attached to a water park. When booking we requested a quiet room. As a result, our room was at the very back of the hotel on the 2nd floor, distant from the front desk and restaurant. Given the layout of the hotel, it made unloading/loading our luggage tricky as we needed to use one of the two elevators to ferry our luggage on a luggage cart. No complaints otherwise."

"The location is excellent. Breakfast is really good. Free parking on site. The rooms have been updated and are very nice. The bathrooms clearly are last to be dealt with. Our first room had a shower that didn't work, we moved to another room and it was okay. Clearly the showers need attention. There is rust around the bottom rims. The bathroom walls were not completely repainted and the ceiling in one was damaged."

"The hotel was good. It was a little noisy in my room, but they put me on the top floor which apparently for club members and I’m not a club member so that was interesting. There’s no breakfast and the price was a little more than I wanted to pay but I couldn’t find anything better in the area."

"Three of us shared a 2 queen bed room. The beds were very comfortable and CLEAN! The room included a small fridge but no microwave. Everything looked very nice and enough room for 2 night stay. I would have liked grab bars in shower due to daughter having special needs and always takes a bath. Would have preferred a bath tub so next time I will ask! All staff was very friendly and helpful. Park is easy and seemed enough for all. We did not use pool/hot tub but only due to short on time!"

"The only problem we had our room was not cleaned. We didn’t want it cleaned the first two days so we put the sign . The third day we wanted the room cleaned for the next two days. They did not clean it the third day we ran out of towels we had piles of tiles piles of washcloth piles are trash, etc. so we went down and we complained and they gave us a $25 gift card that we could use for either Beverly or drinks we did not use it."
