From the wooden balcony on the first floor there is access to the second floor with a third bedroom with double bed.Bicycle storage room and cool stone cellar for wine tasting.
The beach at Colico is about 5 km away and can also be reached by bicycle. Within a radius of 1 km there is a supermarket (discount), a shop with local bread, cheese and cold cuts. Numerous restaurants and other supermarkets are within a 3 km radius.The Adda cycle path, the Sentiero del Viandante and the wine route can be reached in 10 minutes.
The holiday home is easily accessible by car and minivan. Two parking spaces are available free of charge. In addition, you will find a travel cot for small children and a high chair in the house. Storage room for bicycles and an old stone cellar for wine tasting.
