"Enjoyed our stay. Great place and just like the name says, it’s cozy. The pool was nice, a great lanai to sit on and eat. Relaxing place and will definitely stay here again. Great communication with the host and he was very helpful with questions and had suggestions on places to eat and places to see. My friend had a great time and we look forward to our next adventure together. "

"Things to make it better: Electronic keypad entry. The lockbox was difficult and took some time to figure out for us who have never used one. Amenities such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner, common in other VRBO’s we have stayed in, were not provided. A pitcher for iced tea or cold beverages would be a nice addition to the kitchen. Also, a pair of binoculars would have been great for watching the pods of dolphin swimming offshore. On the plus side: The condo was nicely furnished and comfortable. The rooms were large and would easily accommodate four adults or a family with children. The condo was clean and all appliances were updated and worked perfectly. There were plenty of comfortable separate seating areas. The screened in lanai was perfect for eating meals and just sitting in the warm air. The ocean view was fantastic. As pretty as the sunsets were, for those early risers, the setting moon is beyond belief. The condo is just steps to the beach. A quarter mile north on the beach is Del Wiggins State Park. It’s an easy walk and far less people on that stretch of beach. They are many beautiful birds to see right up close. We were lucky enough to see and photograph dolphin just a few yards from shore. Local restaurants were easy to find and the food was great. I have been to Naples many times and would definitely book this condo again."

"This house, host and location were ideal for my trip. The grocery was close and the area felt more like a normal town vs a tourist trap. The beaches were close and we were even able to go to Sanibel easily. The host was great, making sure I had the check-in information well in advance and checking in during the stay. I have never had a host that had such a well stocked staples (spices/oil) selection, or one that left a tide pod so we could do laundry. The garage was a gold mine in beach supplies. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, wagon, etc. The book of recommendations was also very helpful. "

"We enjoyed our stay ! For the most part it was a very nice place to stay. The location was great. Decor was good . The Jen and Kobe were both outstanding and so helpful. Wonderful working with them . Just constructive thought I have would be the following :1). Upgrade your towels !! 2) Outdoor patio furniture /table ,chairs and the 2 bamboo chairs weren’t very nice, or very comfortable . 3) the one one side chair in the living area is SO dirty …we had to cover it before we sat on it ….same with 3 of the barstools …so dirty4) add some more drinking glasses….short ones and taller ones"
